SENATOR JEFF SESSIONS (R-AL): OBAMA PREPARING TO 'NULLIFY' ALL IMMIGRATION LAWS
Please read the below listed article about Senator Jeff Session’s (R-AL) warning to all Americans from a WND Exclusive report. We encourage all Americans to contact their Congressional Representatives in the US Senate and the US House and firmly demand that they not approve the current $3.7 billion Border Bill being proposed by Obama to ease the massive increase in costs associated with the 90,000 Illegal Immigrants children, gang members, adults posing as parents, criminals, and Middle Eastern terrorist flooding across, what was formerly the Southern Border of the United States, without certain safeguards
The leadership of the Republican led Congress should have opposed Obama’s DREAMERS Executive Order in 2012, instead of sitting on their hands, by using the power of the purse on so many funding issues that the Obama administration required. Now once again the leadership of the Republican led Congress should take action, using the power of the purse to get a provision in the Border Bill that states Obama can no longer violate Federal Immigration Laws with Executive Orders, and demand as a condition of passage, that Obama does what President Truman and President Eisenhower both did in the past. Obama should be required to-seal the US Southern Border with federalized National Guard troops, to back up US Border Patrol Agents, so they can be freed to enforce Federal Immigration Laws and arrest coyotes, drug smugglers, human smugglers, criminals, gang members, and Middle Eastern terrorists flooding across the US Southern Border.
The Congress should also insert a provision in the Border Bill that treats all Illegal Immigrant children the way the Border Patrol treats all Illegal Immigrant children from Canada and Mexico---send them back to their countries of origin. The nation has witnessed the worst undisciplined lawlessness at the southern border in 238 years that is jeopardizing the very existence of the Republic. That lawlessness is a direct result of Obama’s DREAMERS Executive Oder, followed by his speeches inviting unaccompanied Illegal Immigrant children to enter the US without fear of ever being returned to their homes of origin----many of those Illegal Immigrant children are not unaccompanied, they are now entering with their entire families. The left of center liberal media establishment is covering up Obama’s intentional violation of Federal Immigration Laws, creating havoc and a dangerous situation in the nation.

WND: EXCLUSIVE
SENATOR: OBAMA PREPARING TO 'NULLIFY' IMMIGRATION LAWS
Executive orders would give millions illegally living in U.S. work papers
Those who feared President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA) to “defer deportations for young undocumented immigrants” – so-called DREAMERS – was a slippery slope are about to be vindicated, says Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama.
Noting Obama’s reported plan to provide up to six million parents of illegal immigrant DREAMERS living in the U.S. work authorization via executive orders, Sessions said Obama would be effectively ending enforcement of U.S. immigration laws.
Appearing on Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the senator cited numerous reports of pro-amnesty activists who’ve said, after meeting with the president, Obama intends to order the issuance of identification cards that authorize recipients to work anywhere in the U.S.
Saying Obama was able to unilaterally implement the DACA program in 2012 because he “wasn’t sufficiently challenged,” Sessions urged Americans to call their representatives to not support any border bill that does not block the president’s use of executive actions.
“How Congress chooses to act in the coming hours and days will determine whether the president succeeds in his plan to nullify the immigration laws of the United States,” Sessions said in a released statement.
While praising legislation introduced by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee, that would prevent Obama from granting temporary amnesty to future illegal immigrants, Sessions said Congress was not sufficiently focused on stopping the erosion of American’s system of immigration laws. He has called on the Senate to reject any bill that does not deny Obama the ability to use federal funds to implement his expanded work permit plan.
“America is entitled to have a lawful system of immigration that serves the interest of working Americans and not just big business,” Sessions told Levine.
