On Revoking John Brennan's Security Clearance
By Capt Joseph R. John, August 17, 2018: Op Ed # 397
The left of center liberal media establishment has been frantically misrepresenting the revocation of John Brennan’s Security Clearance. Brennan’s non-stop erratic and frenzied commentary on the loss of his Security Clearance has aggressively attempted to mislead the American people about the issue. The below listed E-mail does an excellent job of discussing the revocation of Brennan’s Security Clearance.
In order to shine the light of day on this issue, the following facts that the press failed to report on, are presented herewith:
In 1976, at the height of the Cold War when Russia was threatening the survival of the United States with the threat of its nuclear weapons, in that same year, Brennan voted for Gus Hall, the Communist Party candidate for President.
While Director of the CIA, Brennan made the following comments about the CIA:
"We don't steal secrets from other countries, we don't do espionage, we are a discovery organization.”
Although President Bush and President Obama both met with Vladimir Putin numerous times, and despite the fact hundreds of diplomats were expelled from the US and very heavy sanctions were imposed on Russia by President Trump for the Russian nerve gas attack on British soil, when President Trump met with Putin, Brennan accused President Trump of treason; treason calls for the execution of the perpetrator.
For the first time in US history, Brennan, as Director of the CIA, used his position to oppose the candidate of a major political party running for US President. After Hillary Clinton Campaign paid British foreign agent Christopher Steele and Russia Oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, who were working with Obama Justice Official, Bruce Ohr, to create an anti-Trump salacious dossier, that the FBI said could not be verified, to be able to obtain warrants to spy on Trump Campaign officials. Brennan then leaked that dossier to Senator Harry Reid for release to the national press.
After President Donald Trump was elected to office, and for the first time in US History, in an treasonous attempted coup, Brennan led a group of deep state top Obama administration officials who attempted to remove a duly elected US President from office, and disenfranchise over 60 million American citizens who elected President Trump, by distributing the unverified dossier to all US intelligence agencies-----he “Weaponized” US intelligence agencies to try to remove a US President from office.
It is reported that, while posted to Saudi Arabia, Brennan converted to Islam, and the Quran teaches converts that Sharia Law is supreme to all other laws, including supreme to the laws imposed by the US Constitution.
Senator Rand Paul had been demanding that Brennan’s Security Clearance be terminated “for cause,” because he repeatedly lied to Congress concerning his knowledge of the anti-Trump dossier.
In January 2017, Brennan hired FBI Agent Peter Strzok, as his CIA Counterespionage Section Chief, when he was very much involved in and leading “Operation Crossfire Hurricane” (with tentacles in 14 states including with Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele, James Comey, Bruce Ohr, and Shelly Ohr). “Operation Crossfire Hurricane” was designed to target the President of the United States and members of his staff, including General Michael Flynn who was interviewed by Peter Strzok inside the White House, and was their first victim.
Under Brennan’s watch as the Director of the CIA:
1 Russia Annexed Crimea
2 Russia invaded and tried to Annex Ukraine
3 Russia interfered in the United States 2014 and 2016 national elections; Brennan and Obama did absolutely nothing to oppose Putin.
4 China constructed military bases on coral reefs in the international waters of the South China Sea
5 The Islamic State established a Caliphate in Iraq for the first time since 1922.
6 Brennan tried to undo the US Constitutional process of holding free and fair elections to elect a President of the United States
Brennan repeatedly violated the terms and conditions required to retain a CIA Security Clearance: “CIA Directors and Deputy Directors can retain their Security Clearances following employment, provided they behave in the same manner as employed CIA members; they must remain apolitical and refrain from partisan politics, avoid travel to certain countries, and generally live in a manner that is above reproach.”
The President was not trying to silence Brenan by canceling his Security Clearance, he is elevating Brennan's actions in “Weaponizing“ US Intelligence Agencies for all Americans to clearly see, and personalizing an out of control leading member of the Deep State.
Brennan should not only have had his Security Clearance revoked, but he should be charged with “Treason” and brought to trial, along with his co-conspirators, for trying to execute a coup d’éstat of the US Government for the first time in US history.

Some of my brudda's in Hawaii asked, so here is my blast on the USG revoking former DCIA John Brennan's security clearance: All USG employees who deal with classified information receive official clearances (Secret, Top Secret, etc). For someone to get a clearance takes a lot of time and money - full background checks, polygraph tests, drug tests, psychological testing, investigators looking into all things in a person's background, etc. It takes from 6 to 9 months and can cost up to 50 - 75K in terms of the cost of doing all this. Once a USG employee with a clearance leaves USG service, his/her clearance is good for one year unless they go to work for another company or element of the USG that maintains their clearance. If this does not happen, after a year of leaving USG service, one's clearance becomes invalid.
Former Directors of the FBI, USSS and CIA among others are allowed to keep their security clearances after they leave the job PAST the one year mark due to the fact that they were in the Director positions of their agencies. But this is a PRIVILEGE, not a right and there is a written and unwritten code of conduct that goes along with this privilege. The code of conduct states one will conduct himself in a discreet and professional manner after they have left their position and will remain out of the public eye and be low profile. ALL USG employees (including former Directors of the FBI, USSS and CIA etc) who leave USG service, regardless of whether they maintain their clearances or not are still LEGALLY BOUND by the secrecy agreements they signed when they received their clearances - which basically means you do not leak classified information and you keep the secrets you have been exposed to.
Brennan, and former DNI James Clapper, through their actions since they left USG service, have BOTH VIOLATED the code of conduct and their secrecy agreements. Again, the elite are not subject to the rules and regulations of the rank and file. If I would have pulled any of the stuff that Clapper and Brennan pulled - I would have my security clearance revoked and may be subject to legal action and/or criminal charges.
On a personal note: Brennan is perhaps the worst DCIA in the history of the CIA. Under his watch: Russia annexed Crimea, Russia surged along the borders of Ukraine, Russian actors linked to the Russian government interfered with our electoral processes from perhaps 2014 on (a critical question that never seems to get asked nowadays - while the Russians were meddling/interfering in our affairs PRIOR to the 2016 Presidential Election - What was the FBI under Comey and the CIA under Brennan doing??????????); China asserted control over more of the South China Sea, the Islamic State rocketed to power and established a radical Caliphate for the first time in the world since 1922, and the CIA's aggressive operational capability was muted. Yeah, sterling record Brennan - my God - you should be ashamed and embarrassed.
From two close personal friends of mine still in the CIA - during classified meetings with high level CIA officers, Brennan (while Director of the CIA) made the following comments about the CIA:
"We don't steal secrets from other countries, we don't do espionage, we are a "discovery" organization" - I really do not even know what that comment means, I am just dumbfounded.
Bottom Line - this guy is a fricking JOKE - not only is he unprofessional and unethical, he is bigoted and biased and was probably one of the main ringleaders of the "Star Chamber" of high level USG officers who thought that they KNEW BETTER than the American people on the direction this country should go and then used their high level official USG positions to try and undo our democratic processes that are enshrined in the Constitution. And THAT is really what pisses me off.
