The issue of military technology theft is an increasing point of tension between the United States and Communist China.  Since Obama became the occupant of the Oval Office in 2009, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched a systematic campaign to send Communist students and scientists to the United States to steal military technologies and research for the transfer of US Military Top Secret Sensitive weapon information to Communist China.  (National Security: Andrew Thormbrooke: 6/2/23)    

Communist China’s attempts to subvert the US Constitutional Republic is central to its support and promotion for the placement of Confucius Institutes on College campuses and the development of the Thousand Talents Recruitment Program.  The Confucius Institutes were co-located on 13 US University campuses, their goal is to convince students to support and promote Communist China and to undermine support for the United States.  In addition to the 13 US Universities that have established Confucius Institutes on their campuses, 58 other US Universities have developed ties with, and are supporting Confucius Institutes goals.  Communist China’s Thousand Talents Recruitment Program was established to create 73 companies in the United States, which were created to employ and recruit 11,000 highly qualified scientist and talented technical researchers to work for and in Communist China in the development of weapons systems for the Chinese Communist Military.  (National Security: Andrew Thormbrooke: 6/2/23) 

Last year, for example, it was discovered that more than 150 scientists and talented technical researchers from the United States’ top nuclear laboratories had been hired by China to conduct research and weapons development for the Communist Chinese Military.  Eighty percent of those scientists and talented technical researchers had originally been part of the CCP’s Thousand Talent Recruitment Program.  Those former US scientists and talented technical researchers are now contributing to the development of the CCP’s jet engines, warheads, unmanned vehicles, stealth submarines, and hypersonics missile program for the Communist Chinese military.  (National Security: Andrew Thormbrooke: 6/2/23)  

Endorsed and elected Combat Veteran For Congress, Congressman Michael J. Gallagher, Cpt-USMCR (PhD), Chairman of the US House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) expressed his extreme concern that the Biden/Obama administration has been supporting the CCP.  The WOKE Secretary of Defense of the Biden/Obama administration, SecDef Lloyd Austin, has been damaging the strength of the US Armed Forces by providing $17 million in federal grants to Alfred University of New York to fund Hypersonic Weapons Development for the Communist Chinese Military through its ties with the CCP-affiliated China University of Geosciences in Wuhan.  (National Security: Andrew Thormbrooke: 6/2/23)  

The US Armed Forces under the leadership of SecDef Lloyd Austin are now totally WOKE, especially at the top levels of the Department of Defense, in the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and among hundreds of pre-screened Flag and General Officers who continue to violate their Oath of Office “to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.  Deploy-ability, Combat Readiness, Combat Effectiveness, and the ability to fight to win conflicts against America’s enemies are no longer priorities in today’s US military.  Lloyd Austin focuses on polices that weaken and endanger his subordinates in the US Armed Forces while helping Communist China to develop their Hypersonic Weapons that will be used against America.  

Instead of focusing on recruiting highly qualified recruits--unqualified recruits are being inducted, instead of creating Unit Cohesiveness, and developing “Combat Effectiveness,” the Joint Chiefs are promoting anti-Constitutional Marxism, and promoting “Climate Change” as the biggest threat facing the military.  Lloyd Austin is brainwashing the entire US military in the “Marxist Created Critical Race Theory”, establishing Rules of Engagement favoring the enemy, placing “unqualified” women in direct combat leadership positions for the sake of “Equity”, lowering standards for physical fitness, and using millions of dollars of taxpayer funds from already scarce military medical support for elective trans-surgeries that takes many years to accomplish.

Since Biden has been compromised by Communist China after receiving $10 million in payments for the Biden crime family from Communist China, documented by the FBI in reports that they revealed to Congress, but refuse to turn over.  The Biden/Obama administration has continued to turn a blind eye toward transfer of the US Hypersonic Weapons Development to the CCP for transfer to the Communist Chinese Military and has been allowing US taxpayer funds to be used to advance Communist China’s Hypersonic Weapons Development program, allowing the CCP to steal US Military’s Top Secret advanced weapons-related research.  

Cong Gallagher’s concerns are about Alfred University’s ongoing research in partnership with a Communist Chinese-based China University of Geoscience that performs defense research for the CCP, as well as the continued housing by Alfred Universities of Communist China’s Confucius Institutes operating on its New York University campus.  Cong Gallagher told The Epoch Times that, “It is extremely concerning that $17 million in American taxpayer dollars has gone to fund advanced weapons-related research at a US University that actively partners with a Communist Chinese research institution working together with the Communist Chinese military.  It is not a secret that the CCP uses Confucius Institutes to project ‘soft power,’ but it is time to shed light on how the CCP also uses these Confucius Institutes to build Chinese ‘hard power’ weapons that could be used against Americans in a future conflict.” (National Security: Andrew Thormbrooke: 6/2/23) 

Section 1062 of the FY21 National Defense Authorization Act orders that all US Universities that continue to host Confucius Institutes, after October of this year, will be banned from receiving money from the Department of Defense unless they obtain a special written waiver.

Oversight Committee: Biden Family Business Received over $10 Million from Romania, China for Unknown Work

The Biden family business over the course of several years received over $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling, bank documents obtained Wednesday by Breitbart News from the House Oversight Committee show.

In total, Biden family members and business associates designed a web of over 20 companies, many of which were formed during Joe Biden’s vice presidency, the committee revealed. In total, the Biden family, business associates, and companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ companies, the committee found.

Chinese Transactions 

Bank records from the committee show that between August 2017 and October 2018, Hudson West III, a company co-managed by Hunter Biden, sent over $4 million to Hunter Biden related companies and over $75,000 to James Biden related companies. Gongwen Dong and Hunter Biden were each 50 percent owners of Hudson West II, bank records obtained by the committee show. According to an email verified by the Washington Post and Hunter Biden, Gongwen Dong served as “Chairman Ye[’s] CEFC emissary” in the United States.

Closely connected to the Chinese Communist Party, CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming also paid Hunter a $1 million retainer fee for legal services in 2017. Hunter also received a large diamond from Ye worth an estimated $80,000 in February 2017.

In addition, the committee revealed that Hunter Biden received an additional $100,000 that was sent from Shanghai Huaxin in China. The money was apparently a part of a CEFC deal with Ye and Dong.

According to the committee, on May 11, 2017, Dong formed CEFC Infrastructure in Delaware. Hudson West V, a company that formed a partnership with Hunter Biden, was the sole equity member of CEFC Infrastructure. Dong identified himself as the Director of Hudson West V and listed its address as Xicheng District Beijing, China, banking documents show.

One week later, Hudson West V assigned 100 percent of its interest to Shanghai Huaxin Group Limited (Shanghai Huaxin), a company incorporated in China. On June 30, 2017, Shanghai Huaxin funded the CEFC Infrastructure bank account with an injection of $10 million.

About one month later, CEFC Infrastructure wired $100,000 to Owasco P.C, Hunter Biden’s law firm.

The above payments are in addition to what the committee already revealed. On April 17, Comer announced a total of nine Biden family members may have profited from the family’s international business schemes, six more than previously disclosed. Those currently identified on the payroll are Hunter, James, Hallie Biden — and a fourth unidentified Biden. On April 25, the committee teased releasing the identities it has so far concealed. A spokesperson for the committee declined to reveal the identities at that time. 

Collectively, the identified family members received $1.3 million from a Biden associate, who was wired $3 million dollars from a Chinese energy company two months after President Joe Biden left the vice presidency. 

In 2018 and 2020, Breitbart Senior Contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer published Secret Empires and Profiles in Corruption. Each book hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and exposed how Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force Two in 2013 to China before Hunter’s firm inked a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China, less than two weeks after the trip. Schweizer’s work also uncovered the Biden family’s other vast and lucrative foreign deals and cronyism. 

Breitbart Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris’s investigative work at the New York Post on the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” also captured international headlines when she, along with Miranda Devine, revealed that Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter’s businesses, appearing to have a ten percent stake in a company the scion formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party
