Who are “PROGRESSIVES “as identified in this Op Ed?  The “PROGRESSIVE” philosophy was developed by Karl Marx and German Philosopher George Wilhelm Hegel in1801.  They stated “Everything is formed by the process of change.” “PROGRESSIVES” have been attempting to create doubts in the validity of the 242 year old US Constitution to govern the Republic; since then US Constitution has changed very little.  Since the 1920s, Communists who have been promoting and supporting Karl Marx’s “PROGRESSIVE” Philosophy have been trying to create doubts in the validity of the 242 year old US Constitution to govern. The left of center liberal media establishment has been covering up the identity of the groups that make up “PROGRESSIVES”---Marxists, Leftists, Socialists, Communists, and Islam Extremists who believe that Sharia Law is superior to the US Constitution.  By dishonestly covering up the true goals of “PROGRESSIVE”, the liberal media establishment has been leading Americans to believe they are forward thinking and who seek progress. This perception of ”PROGRESSIVE” couldn’t be further from the truth.  The sinister goal of ”PROGRESSIVE” is to erode support for the US Constitution in grammar, middle, and high school education, and by any other means possible, including by rulings from “PROGRESSIVE” judges.

Over the last 10 years many American citizens have been killed by Illegal Aliens, many of them who have lengthy criminal histories had repeatedly re-entered the US through the wide open Southern Border illegally.  According to the FBI, 24,064 American citizens have been killed by Illegal Aliens.  PROGRESSIVES and the left of center liberal media continue to cover up the magnitude of the massive carnage visited upon Americans citizens by Illegal Aliens.  

The below listed article reports that 400 convicted criminal Illegal Aliens were released into the general population, every 10 days, by Sheriff Paul Penzone of Maricopa County, Arizona.  Penzone’s election was funded by George Soros to defeat Sheriff Joe Arpaio in the election.  The Maricopa County Jail is the nation’s largest County Jail in the US, with a population of over 8,000 convicted criminals, whose majority are convicted criminal Illegal Aliens.  Under Sheriff Penzone’s new policy, the Maricopa County Jail will no longer provide ICE with any notifications of the release of convicted criminal Illegal Aliens.  The Director of the ICE Office in Phoenix issued a statement calling the release of 400 convicted criminal Illegal Aliens every 10 days an “immediate, dangerous change.”  The left of center liberal media establishment has covered up this new practice that is very dangerous to the general population.

Convicted criminal Illegal Aliens continue to be released into the general public from the jails in over 350+ Sanctuary Cities, and human traffickers, sex traffickers, drug smugglers, MS-13 gang members, Radical Islamic Terrorists, and Illegal Aliens continue to pour into the US through the wide open Southern Border. From 1996 to 2016, 1,254,152 Illegal Aliens were ordered deported by Immigration Judges to date, and 953,506 of those Illegal Aliens still remain in the US.  In 2017, ICE removed 226,119 Illegal Aliens from the United States in ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).  Although ICE is the sole Law Enforcement Organization tasked with arresting and/or deporting convicted criminal Illegal Aliens from the interior of the nation, Democrats are promoting the abolishment of ICE.  

NYU Leftist and PROGRESSIVE Professor Sam Lavigne created a data base on 1,595 ICE Agents using personal information that had been posted on LinkedIn.  It is an outrageous effort by PROGRESSIVE Sam Lavigne to reveal the private personal information on ICE Agents, and to endanger the families of those ICE Agents  by revealing where they reside.  Lavigne shared this sensitive information with his 3,600 of his Leftist and PROGRSSIVE Twitter followers, and with violent ANTIFA members.  Lavigne’s intent was to harass and threaten ICE Agents and threaten the personal safety of their families.          

The animosity toward ICE is intentionally misleading, because PROGRESSIVES know that ICE Agents have the primary responsibility to apprehend and deport convicted criminal Illegal Aliens from the interior of the US.  ICE Agents are not involved “at all” in separating Illegal Aliens children from the Illegal Alien adults accompanying them after they illegally cross the US/Mexico Southern Border, instead of legally entering the US with the child through a US Port of Entry.  The US Custom and Border Patrol Officers are responsible to determine if children entering the US illegally are with their real parents, or with human smugglers and pedophiles; that is not the responsibility of ICE Agents.  

Open Border PROGRESSIVES continue their massive demonstrate against “family separation” as if it is something that began under President Trump, it has continued for more than 30 years under previous Presidents, because “many” of the adults who were claiming to be the children’s parents, were not their real parents; they were Human Smugglers endangering the children.  The Border Patrol is now reporting that the Open Border PROGRESSIVE’s hysterical complaints about Illegal Alien “family separation,” has resulted in the unusual increase in the numbers of children currently arriving at the border with Illegal Aliens adults claiming to be the children’s parents, trying to avoid long-term detention; many of the Illegal Alien adults are Human Smugglers.   

“Abolish ICE” is no longer just coming from the violent Radical Left and PROGRESSIVES, it is coming from the “center of the Democratic Party itself,” declared Vice President Mike Pence on July 6, 2018 at ICE Headquarters.  A number of potential Democrat presidential candidates planning to run in 2020, such as PROGRESSIVE Sen Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), PROGRESSIVE Sen Kamala Harris (D-CA), PROGRESSIVE Sen Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and Socialist Sen Bernie Sanders (I-VT) are promoting “Abolish ICE.”  New York PROGRESSIVE Mayor Bill de Blasio, and PROGRESSIVE Cynthia Nixon, the Democrat primary challenger running against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo are also promoting “Abolish ICE.”  

Socialist candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who supports “Abolish ICE,” upset 10 term Democrat Congressman Joe Crawley (D-NY) in their Democrat Primary.  She is now campaigning nationally for other Socialist candidates for Congress, who also support “Abolish ICE.”  The PROGRESSIVE Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Tom Perez, recently described Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as the future of the Democratic Party.  PROGRESSIVE House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi recently stated that ICE needs a “Fundamental Change.”  

PROGRESSIVE Cong Mark Pocan (D-WI), PROGRESSIVE Cong Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and PROGRESSIVE Cong Adriano Espaillant (D-NY) crafted legislation to “Abolish ICE.”  That action by PROGRESSIVE House Democrats reveals the extent to which the Democratic Party is willing to promote their Open Borders agenda.  On the week of July 16, 2018, Speaker Paul Ryan will bring the “Abolish ICE” resolution to the floor, requiring Democrat House members to vote for or against the measure.

The Democrat initiative to oppose border security and promote support to “Abolish ICE” is being funded by Nazi Collaborator George Soros.  Soros’ financial support has made it possible for Obama’s Organization For Action (OFA) to mobilize and execute over 700 violent street demonstrations across the nation, promoting “Abolish ICE.”  The street demonstrations are being organized in OFA’s offices in 50 states, being coordinated by 14 OFA Field Organizers, being supported by 32,525 OFA members, and 5 million OFA volunteers.  They are also holding demonstrations outside of multiple ICE offices throughout the nation. 

Other PROGRESSIVES (Leftist, Marxists, Socialist, and Communists) supporting “Abolish ICE”, include Angel Padilla (Policy Director of Indivisible), Cristobal Alex (President of the Latino Victory Project), Valerie Jarrett controlling Obama’s OFA, CA Attorney General Xavier Becerra (he warned CA State employee that if they cooperate with ICE, they will be prosecuted), ANTIFA, La Raza, Mecha, the New Black Panther Party, United Farm Workers, Casa de Maryland, and many in the Open Border Lobby.  

The Narco State of Mexico is more unstable than ever; drug cartels run entire states.  In 2017, over 30,000 criminal Mexican nationals who were working with drug cartels were murdered.  Approximately 130 Mexican political candidates running for office were assassinated, and hundreds of other Mexican politicians were brutally attacked during the Mexican national elections.  Murders are at a record high throughout Mexico.  Lawless elements working with the Mexican drug cartel have been infiltrating into the United States through the wide open Southern Border, smuggling opioids and many other drugs.  Opioids killed over 63,000 Americans in 2016, they are now killing 10,000 Americans each month.  PROGRESSIVES  on both sides of the isles are blocking construction of the Border Wall. 

If the “Abolish ICE” movement is successful, convicted criminal Illegal Aliens, Illegal Alien drug smugglers, and Illegal Aliens Human smugglers will have free rein within the interior of the United States.  If ICE is abolished, the violations of US Federal Immigration Laws would increase, and the Open Border radical elements will proliferate.  Elimination of ICE would allow convicted criminal Illegal Aliens and MS-13 gang members to have freedom of operation within the United States, and they will dramatically increase the number of violent felonies and murders throughout the US.    

ICE does not have the sufficient manpower to effectively deal with an estimated 20+ million Illegal Aliens in the US, nor can ICE apprehend the hundreds of thousands of convicted criminal Illegal Aliens, whom are not being held for transfer to ICE, but instead being released each month from jails in 350+ Sanctuary cities directly into the general population.  DHS requires more than the 6000 ICE Agents currently working in the interior of the US.  President Trump has requested that Congress increase the number of ICE Agents to 15,000, in order to enforce US Federal Immigration Laws to be able to apprehend and deport convicted criminal Illegal Aliens, drug smugglers, MS-13 gang members, and human smugglers.  Abolish ICE?????

To stem the massive influx of drug smugglers, human traffickers, sex traffickers, returning convicted criminal Illegal Aliens, Radical Islamic Terrorists, MS-13 gang members, and Illegal Aliens from entering the US, Congress must fund the Border Wall.  Without a Border Wall, ICE Agents trying to apprehend and deport convicted criminal Illegal Aliens who are being released in the general population daily by Sanctuary Cities, will continue to fall behind.

Arizona (Soros sponsored) Sheriff Releasing 400 “Convicted Criminal Illegal Aliens” Every 10 Days

An average of 400 “criminal illegal immigrants” are being released every 10 days by the newly elected sheriff in Arizona’s most populous county, federal law enforcement sources tell Judicial Watch, many of them violent offenders. 

It’s part of Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone’s new policy to protect illegal aliens, even those who have committed serious state crimes, from deportation. 

Under a longtime partnership between the county and the feds, the Phoenix field office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was notified when “aliens unlawfully present with additional Arizona charges” were released from the Maricopa County Jail, which is one of the nation’s largest with a population of about 8,000. 

That ended when Penzone, who refers to illegal immigrants as “guests,” took office this year and, though he formally announced the change last week, it was put into practice much earlier.

During a recent 10-day period, more than 400 criminal illegal immigrants were released from the Maricopa County Jail, according to federal law enforcement officials directly involved in the process in Phoenix.

Weekdays are the busiest, with an average of about 40 criminal illegal aliens getting released from Maricopa County Jail facilities, the sources said. On weekends the number drops to about ten each day. The illegal aliens have state criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, driving under the influence and drug offenses.

“There’s no telling how many criminals he’s (Sheriff Penzone) putting on the streets,” said a high-ranking federal law enforcement official stationed in Arizona. Judicial Watch’s calls to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office were not returned.

Before the new sheriff changed the system, ICE would send a wagon every 12 hours to pick up criminal illegal aliens scheduled to be released from the main jail in Maricopa County. 

Under the new policy, Maricopa County officials are not giving ICE “any notification at all of the release of criminal illegals,” according to an agency official in Phoenix who’s not authorized to talk and can’t be identified. 

Without cooperation from county authorities, federal agents would have to stand at the door to the jail 24 hours a day and guess which prisoner should be deported, sources said. “We can’t stand out there and question everyone that walks out of that jail,” said a federal agent directly involved in the matter. “Even if we did, we would have to make arrests on the street, in the middle of protestors, families and picketers and that will only heighten the danger to agents.”

When Penzone announced the new policy at a press conference last week, ICE issued a statement calling it an “immediate, dangerous change.” The agency’s Phoenix director for enforcement and removal operations, Enrique Lucero, was quoted in local media saying: “Immigration detainers have been a successful enforcement tool to prevent the release of dangerous criminals to our streets and mitigate the possibility of future crimes being committed against the residents of our communities.”

 Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to obtain specific figures and pertinent information related to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s policies involving criminal illegal aliens. “This is as bad as it gets,” said one federal officer.

Just this month an illegal immigrant released from the Denver County Jail in Colorado was arrested for murder. The Mexican national, Ever Valles, was released into the community in December even though he was a “known gang member” with a lengthy and violent criminal history. The 19-year-old gangbanger was arrested in October on multiple charges, including possession of a weapon and vehicle theft, and was flagged by ICE for removal. Instead, Denver County officials released Valles without notifying ICE and this month he was arrested and charged with shooting a man to death during a robbery at a rail station in Denver.
