We strongly agree with the Ice Union. Unfortunately new Immigration Act (S. 744), designed to giving 18+ million Illegal Aliens citizenship has no provisions in it to provide ICE with the ability to enforce the federal laws that all ICE Agents were sworn to enforce, it is currently a flawed Act, as it:
(1) does not provide for tamper proof Federal ID cards to keep track of illegal aliens
(2) does not have any provision to arrest and remove 400,000 criminal Illegal Aliens who are fugitives from justice with felony warrants
(3) does not deal with the inability of the federal government’s bureaucracy to process 18+ million Illegal aliens when the federal government hasn’t even been able to process 900,000 Veterans disability claims over a 4 year period
(4) does nothing to make Universities report (which should be under threat of felony criminal charges) the names and locations of the hundreds of thousands foreign students like the terrorists who were involved in the Boston bombing who no longer attend college classes
(5) does nothing to provide a means to cover the $6 trillion cost of the flawed 884 page Act according to research by the Heritage Foundation (the Senate Bill intentionally misled the American people by saying it would cost $22.5 billion)
(6) doesn’t cover the cost because the Senate bill provides for charging each of the 18+ million illegal aliens $500.00 when the real cost per illegal is $335,000.00
(7) intentionally misleads the American people by saying the Act would not be enacted until the border was secured when there is no provision to guarantee the border is secure after 29 years of failed promise (THE ONLY ORGANIZATION THAT CAN BE TRUSTED TO VERIFY THE BORDER HAS BEEN CLOSED IS THE ICE UNION)
(8) flagrantly discriminates against nearly 4 million unemployed Veterans by giving employers a $3000 tax credit for employing illegal aliens and relieves them from having to cover illegal aliens under the Obama Health Care law without giving those same benefits to unemployed US citizens
(9) does absolutely nothing to locate the many terrorists in the US among the 18+ million illegal aliens like the Chechen terrorists, the Times Square bomber, the first World Trade Union bombers in 1993, and Major Hassan who had all been affected by the Islam jihadists outreach program underway in the US by remaining under the radar scope of CIA and the FBI’s Watch Lists (the requirement in the Act for a tamper proof Federal ID card requiring fingerprints would help locate those terrorist suspects)
(10)does not provide provisions to prevent 80 million unskilled relatives of the 18+ million illegal aliens form coming into the US which would destroy the fragile US Welfare system & bankrupt the Republic
(11)does not have a provision to deport anyone who fails in their application (Mohammed Salameh who applied for amnesty in 1984 but was turned down was a co-conspirator in the in the first World Trade Center attack in 1993)
(12)does not provide annual quotas to process applicants so the crush of applicants won’t bring the process to a full stop, and does not have provisions in it to do a thorough background investigation of applicant from high threat countries/regions.
The current flawed immigration system in not working with hundreds of thousands of criminal illegal alien fugitives from justice and potential terrorists who had all been affected by the Islam jihadists outreach program underway in the US hiding in plain sight like the Chechen terrorists. For the Senate to overload the flawed immigration stem with 18+ million new illegal aliens will compound existing problems. The Act must not be passed at all unless provisions are included to prevent terrorists from hiding as resident immigrants with a worker permits, giving them the freedom to plan and execute further attacks against innocent civilians and to further damage the National Security of the Republic. Senators must be held accountable at the polls by all voters if they fail to protect the American people from imbedded terrorists among us by passing a flawed new Immigration Act. The Senators must not to rush to pass another flawed piece of legislation, like the flawed Obama Health Care Bill, in order to be politically correct, to appease the demands of left of center liberal media establishment, and to cave in to Obama’s inept demands, before the new Act is modified as specified above. The first steps leading to amnesty must not commence before federal laws are enforced by ICE or before the border has been certified closed by the ICE Union.

“Never before have I seen such contempt for law enforcement officers
as what I’ve seen from the Gang of Eight”
- Chris Crane, ICE Agent union president.
Last week, ICE union chief Chris Crane won a stunning initial court victory in his lawsuit against the Obama Administration. As we reported,
Federal Judge Federal Judge Reed O’Connor told the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that they had no power to refuse to deport
illegal aliens, and that he was likely to strike down Obama’s virtual “DACA” amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. The ruling stunned Washington,
and Crane’s lawsuit could derail Obama’s four-year effort to undermine immigration enforcement nationwide.
In Senate testimony (video below), President of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council Crane slammed the Obama
administration and the Senate’s Gang of Eight for including advocates for illegal aliens, but excluding law enforcement from providing
input on the new ‘immigration reform’ legislation.
Crane testified before the Senate expressing his disgust that law enforcement was shut out of the negotiations on immigration reform. Crane
was sitting right next to National Council of La Raza (“The Race”) president Janet Murguia when he made his comments. La Raza – a racist
intimidation group originally funded by the Mexican Government – was outrageously welcomed to help write the immigration bill,
while law enforcement agents were shunned.
Crane recounted to the Judiciary Committee how he was physically escorted out of a Gang of Eight press conference last week and “spoken
to with anger and disrespect.”
“Never before have I seen such contempt for law enforcement officers as what I’ve seen from the Gang of Eight,” he said.
Crane told the Judiciary Committee:
Lawmaking in our nation has indeed taken a strange twist. Senators invite illegal aliens to testify before Congress…but American
citizens working as law enforcement officers within our nation’s broken immigration system are purposely excluded from the process
and prohibited from providing input.
Suffice it to say, following the Boston terrorist attack, I was appalled to hear the Gang of Eight telling America that its legislation was
what American law enforcement needs.
Crane criticized Obama and Congress for choosing a path of legalization for illegals rather than allowing immigration agents to
crackdown on enforcement.
“Unbelievably, [this bill] gives far greater authority to the president and secretary of DHS. Exactly the opposite of what our country
needs to create a consistent and effective immigration system,” Crane concluded.
