National Security has never appeared to be a priority for the Obama.  The torrid pace of Muslim Illegal Aliens migration into the US over the last 7 years is downright alarming.  Obama has been bringing them in from 49 Muslim nations (including but not limited to Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Iran, Indonesia, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, etc.).  The FBI has informed Obama that their backgrounds or identities cannot be verified to determine if they have terrorist ties, yet Obama continues continue to flood them into the United States with “reckless” disregard to the National Security of the United States.  By the end of the year, DHS will have issued 925,000 green cards to Muslim Refugees whose identities cannot be verified.  Obama has a very dangerous, 7 year pattern of admitting massive numbers of Muslim Refugees, despite the fact that ISIS has said they would be smuggling Radical Islamic Terrorists into the US with those refugees.     

At the same time, he opens the interior of the nation to the entry of Radical Islamic Terrorists, and he continues to “hollow out” the strength of the US Armed Forces, while especially decreasing the strength of the US Marine Corps.  According to the Associated Press reports, the 10,000 Muslim Syrian Refugees, the first group of 100,000 Muslim Refugees that Obama is intent on admitting in 2016, without having the FBI determine if they have terrorist ties, have already been processed and have been settled somewhere in Kansas City, Missouri (DHS refuses to provide local & federal law enforcement and elected state officials where they are being settled).  

The 925,000 Muslim Refugees from the Middle East have been given immediate access to state & federal welfare benefits, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, food stamps, and Medicaid (they are receiving much better medical benefits than Combat Veterans are receiving from the VA).  Obama’s plan to keep hundreds of thousands of Muslim Refugees flooding into the US long after he leaves office, has accomplished that by instituting the federal government’s “Family Reunification Program” by allowing the 925,000 Muslim Refugees to petition for their relatives to join them.  The US Immigration System may be looking at admitting 10 times the current number of  925,000 Muslim Refugees here.

According to Judicial Watch, Obama’s civilian appointees at DHS met covertly with a front groups of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) to discuss US National Security issues (the MB has been banned by Saudi Arabia, Syria, Bahrein, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Russia because it is an international terrorist organization).  The State Department sent a controversial, anti-America Imam, Feisal Abdul Rauf, to the Middle East to foster greater understanding and outreach among Muslim majority communities and support the continued flow of Muslim Refugees.  Obama also hired a Special Homeland Security Advisor, Mohamed Elibiary, who openly supports Radical Islamist Theologian and renowned Jihadist ideologue and a special Islam envoy that has been condemning U.S. prosecutions of Radical Islamic Terrorists as being “politically motivated persecutions” and they have close ties to Radical Islamic Terrorist Groups. Obama caved in to the Muslim Brotherhood front group, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), that was founded in 1994, in their demand to purge DOD, CIA, the FBI, and the National Security Council’s anti-terrorism material. Obama determined that material to be offensive to Muslims----it has purged.  Judicial Watch obtained hundreds of pages of FBI documents with details of the outrageous deal that Obama struck with CAIR.  Obama followed the demands of Islamic activists, when he suspended an FBI Internet Program aimed at preventing the radicalization of youth, because Muslim and Arab rights groups determined that it discriminates against Muslims and will lead to bullying.  After the San Bernardino terrorist attacks the Obama administration issued a national warning from the US Attorney General cautioning Americans not to initiate workplace discrimination “against individuals who are, or perceived to be, Muslim or of Middle Eastern.” The directive orders American businesses to accommodate the religious needs of Muslims and assure that they aren’t being harassed or intimidated. There are only about 5.7 million Jews living in America. The Muslim demographic is estimated at about 3 million but is growing much faster, due to Obama’s 7 year Muslim only immigration policy, and the high fertility rates of Muslim women.  To get a glimpse of their future, Jewish Americans only need to look across the Atlantic at Europe, where Muslim immigration has led to almost daily attacks on synagogues, Jewish cemeteries, Jewish schools, and other Jewish properties, not to mention the attacks on Jewish people, such as at the massacre at the kosher store in Paris on the day of the Charlie Hebdo attacks last year.  If Obama’s Muslim Immigration policy continues, it will lead to the U.S. Muslim population overtaking that of the U.S. Jewish population within two decades, said a demographic researcher at the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington.  Robert Spencer, author of the Jihad Watch blog at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, said four separate and independent studies since 1998 have found that 80 percent of mosques in the U.S. preach hatred of Jews and Christians and the need to ultimately impose Shariah Law and the elimination of US Federal Laws supported by the US Constitution.

Obama’s “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States is not limited to hollowing out the US Armed Forces and issuing nearly 1 million green cards to Muslim Illegal Aliens without determining if they have terrorist ties.  He also recently negotiated a Nuclear Weapons Agreement with Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism, that is permitting Iran to develop nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles that can strike the United States.  Obama’s major tilt in Middle East away from the carefully crafted Middle East policy by 12 US Presidents over the last 80 years, undermines the national security of the friendly Sunni governments in the Middle East.  Obama’s shift to ally himself with Iran has alienated Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Turkey, Afghanistan, Qatar, Oman, Pakistan, Israel, and the Sunnis tribes in Iraq & Syria.  His dangerous Middle East foreign policy initiative has led to the establishment of the new 34-country Islamic Military Alliance, which excludes the US from the Alliance.  Obama’s new Middle East foreign policy now called the “Obama Doctrine” by Sunni states that mock him, is obviously stupid, in light of the fact that the US needs the support of its once long-time Sunni allies, if it ever hopes to defeat ISIS.  

Obama has also been repeatedly mocked by Iran by its refusal to sign the Iranian Nuclear Weapons Agreement that Hillary initiated and “only” Obama signed.  After Obama was the only head of state to sign the Iranian Nuclear Weapons Agreement, Iran has:  
(1) has been testing intercontinental missiles in violation of UN prohibitions
(2) at a much faster pace, increased the development of nuclear weapons; the agreement was supposed to slow down nuclear weapons development 
(3) humiliated Obama in the capture of two US Navy Patrol Boats forcing US Sailors down to their knees with guns to their heads
(4) continued to ship tons of arms to Houthi rebels in Yemen to overthrow the elected government leading a terrorist war
(5) fired missiles in the vicinity of the USS Harry Truman (CVN-75)
(6) Iran establishment a Terrorist Training Camps in Cuba operated by Iran’s Hezbollah Terrorists while supporting Mexican drug cartels
(7) employed the Iranian Quds Force to undermine the government of Bahrain
(8) engineered the complete the takeover of the Iraqi government using Iranian Mullahs
(9) continued support for Assad in Syria with the thousands of Quds Force Battalions, while killing Syrian freedom fighters trained by the US
(10) armed the Taliban with Iranian manufactured sophisticated IEDs that have been maiming and killing thousands of US military personnel
(11) used the $150 billion Obama gave Iran, even though Iran didn’t sign the Iranian Nuclear Weapons Agreement, to acquire Russian S-300 long range Sam missiles to protect the nuclear weapons development sites from Israeli strikes. 

According to Secretary of State Kerry, some of the funds Iran received from the Obama administration is being used to recruit, train, and arm their Radical Islamic Terrorists.

Obama continued to demonstrate his “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States when he established diplomatic relations with Communist Cuba’s Police State, where Iran’s Terrorist Front Group, Hezbollah, had been operating a Terrorist Training camp for over 2 years.  Obama falsely certified to Congress, as required by US Federal Law, that he could remove Cuba from the US State Department list of “Nations That Sponsor Terrorism”, because they were no longer a terrorist threat to the US. With the knowledge there were terrorist training camps in Cuba, Obama negotiated new airline transportation routes between the US and Cuba, which will permit Muslim Refugees who were sympathetic to ISIS, and were previously admitted as US citizens through Obama’s “Fast Track US Citizenship Program”, to fly to Communist Cuba; they will no longer have to fly to the Middle East to be trained to kill Americans, now they can easily fly to Communist Cuba (according to the FBI, to date over 300 Muslim Refugees with new US citizenship & US passports, who were never vetted by the FBI for terrorist ties, have traveled to the Middle East to train and participate in the genocide of Syrian and Assyrian Christians).

Obama and his appointees at the DHS have demonstrated their “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States by ignoring James Comey's (FBI Director), and Michael Steinbach's (FBI's Assistant Director, Counterterrorism Division) warnings when they testified before Congress that it was very dangerous to the National Security of the United States to continue to allow Syrian Muslim Illegal Aliens to be given Refugees status without vetting them to determine if they have terrorist ties. Especially in light of the fact that ISIS is now forging thousands of passports, and has said they will be infiltrating ISIS Radical Islamic Terrorists into the United States through the Syrian Muslim Refugees Program.  There is absolutely no reliable databases to check and no capacity to conduct field investigations inside Syria to verify the backgrounds of Middle East Muslim Illegal Aliens entering the United States.

Obama’s repeated attempts over the last 7 years to close the Detention Facility at the US Naval Base in Guantanamo, Cuba (GITMO) by releasing 151 of the Radical Islamic Terrorists knowing full well a certain percentage will return to the battlefield, to undermines the conflict with Radical Islamic Terrorists, is further proof of Obama’s “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States.  For the last 7 years, Obama’s refusal to allow US military personnel in Afghanistan to capture Radical Islamic Terrorists for interrogation in GITMO, was a major change in the previous capture & detain policy in Afghanistan.  The previous capture & detain policy was to capture, interrogate, and screen very dangerous terrorists leaders in Afghanistan for transfer to GITMO, for extended interrogation.  Obama’s drawdown of military personnel policy in Afghanistan, has resulted in the closure of the US Military Detention Facility near the Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan at the end of 2014.  When coupled with Obama’s prevention of the transfer of any Taliban Terrorist prisoners to GITMO, has effectively eliminated the ability of the US Armed Forces’ to detain suspected Taliban Terrorists captured on the battlefield, under the “Authorization for Use of Military Force.”  Under Obama administration policies, Taliban Terrorist captured on the battlefield (in Afghanistan) are now being transferred to foreign custody.  Obama’s capture & detain policy for Afghanistan demonstrate his “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States.

The Pentagon has reported that 116 GITMO Detainees have already returned to the battlefield.   When Obama came to office, there were 242 Detainees in GITMO (they were termed too dangerous to be released); 160 of those terrorist who were termed too dangerous to be released, have in fact been released  by Obama, 82 remain in the GITMO detention facility today----they are all much too dangerous to be released.  The Obama administration has stated that 10% of the released Radical Islamic Terrorists who were GITMO detainees returned to the battle field, but the numbers the Pentagon has released is 15%.  However, the percentage is probably much higher, but accurate data is hard to develop since the terrorists changed their “nom de guerre” and IDs once they are released from GITMO.   Just on Sunday, April 17th, nine very dangerous GITMO detainees were transferred to the custody of unnamed countries.    

Obama’s Sanctuary City Policy further demonstrate his “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States. Over the last 7 ½ years, Obama has presided over the creation of 300+ safe harbors, “Sanctuary Cities,” counties, and states that violate Federal Immigrations Laws, where Middle East Muslim Refugees, who have not been vetted by the FBI for terrorist ties, Illegal Aliens, and Radical Islamic Terrorists, who entered the US across the wide open southern border now reside.  A “Sanctuary City” is a jurisdiction that forbids its local law enforcement officers from cooperating with federal law enforcement officers and federal officials to apprehend convicted criminal Illegal Aliens and suspected Radical Islamic Terrorists, even when local law enforcement wish to do so.  Obama's refusal to eliminate “Sanctuary Cities” have created a serious danger to the lives of all American citizens.   The Democrats in the US Senate continue to block every attempt to defund “Sanctuary Cities” from federal programs; these blocking maneuvers are led by Obama.  As a result of those blocking maneuvers, thousands of American citizens are victimized and many are also killed each year by Mexican Illegal Aliens and suspected Radical Islamic Terrorists using Obama’s “Sanctuary Cities” as their safe havens, those cities allows them to plan and execute attacks on Americans. 

Over the last 7 years, 165,900 convicted Mexican felons, and 706,950 detained illegal aliens who had violated Federal Immigration Laws have been released into the general population by Obama, instead of sending them back to Mexico.  That flagrant act further demonstrates demonstrate Obama’s “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States and the safety of the American people.   Among the 165,900 Mexican convicted criminals Illegal Aliens, released into the general population, were 193 Illegal Aliens convicted of homicides, 303 Illegal Aliens convicted of kidnapping, 426 Illegal Alien registered sex offenders, 164,978 Illegal Aliens convicted of pedophilia, drug smuggling, white slavery, violent assaults, weapons violations, child molestation, robbery, burglary, car-jackings, rapes, etc.  All those Mexican felons find safe havens from apprehension from law enforcement by residing in “Sanctuary Cities.”  Records are difficult to obtain, but we have learned from US Senator Toomey (R-PA), that during an 8-month period in 2014, sanctuary jurisdictions released over 8,000 Illegal Aliens, and 1,800 of them were later arrested for criminal acts. 

Obama continues to demonstrate his “reckless” disregard for the National Security of the United States when  he created the blueprint for the wide-open southern border catastrophe. Over the last 7 years, that wide open southern border has resulted in the entry of suspected Radical Islamic Terrorists, and millions of Illegal Aliens from Mexico, Cuba, the Middle East, and Central America.  Americans are seeing in Europe what is destined to occur in the United States unless a wall is built across the southern border.  In violation of US Federal Immigration Laws, the Obama administration refuses to quarantine the hundreds of thousands of Central American children flooding across the wide open southern border.   The massive influx of Illegal Alien children from Central America, have not being medically screened, then quarantined as required by US Federal Immigration Laws. That flagrant violation of US Federal Immigration Law imposing medical quarantines has resulted in outbreaks of numerous illnesses that were once eradicated in the US.  

Dangerous strains of Flu, Scalia, TB, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Smallpox, Leprosy, and even Malaria outbreaks have been covered up by the Obama administration.  Every day, while the Obama administration continues to violate Federal Immigration Quarantine Laws, infectious diseases will continue to spread in the general US population and children who are required to go to grammar schools along with thousands of Illegal Alien children from Central America will be infected.  Most recently, mosquitos carrying the Zika virus, have been brought into the US on the clothing of Central American children, spreading the dangerous Zika epidemic northward into the US from the border states (instead of the Obama administration asking the Congress for $2 billion to deal with the Zika virus, they should follow US Federal Immigration Law and quarantine hundreds of thousands of Central American children flooding across the wide open southern border into the US).

The US Border Patrol has been reporting the increased apprehension of exotic Illegal Aliens, a term used  by the US Border Patrol to describe Illegal Aliens from the Middle East countries like Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Sudan.  The Obama and the Democrat Party profess that the southern borders are secure, and they continue to aggressively oppose every initiative to build a secure wall across the wide open southern border.  The Washington Times reported that Lieutenant General Kenneth Tovo in testimony before the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs of the 114th Congress, stated that the Iran’s Lebanese Terrorist front group, Hezbollah, that operates a terrorist training camp in Cuba, is working very closely with Mexican drug cartels to bring trained terrorists into the United States.  Shiite terror groups have partnered with Mexican drug cartels to fund their terror campaigns and weapons purchases. Though this has been going on for years, the newest development is that Obama has reinstated the Illegal Alien “catch-and-release” program; Illegal Aliens are being released at the border with no detention or orders to report to an Immigration Court to determine their eligibility to remain in the US.  

We encourage you to read the below listed Article by SSA Michael Cutler (INS) (Ret) on how Obama has been undermining the National Security of the United States for the last 7 ½ years by continuing to impose his “reckless” and very dangerous Muslim Refugee and Immigration policy on the citizens of the United States, in violation of US Federal Immigration Laws.  We continue to wonder if Speaker Ryan and Senate Majority Leader McConnell with do anything about the Obama’s force feeding the steady flow of Middle East Muslim Refugees, in which we now know ISIS Radical Islamic Terrorists are being imbedded, as they enter the United States.  Obama’s reckless Muslim Refugee and Immigration policies will continue to cost American lives in the US, like the 76 Radical Islamic Terrorist strikes in the US have cost hundreds lives in the past.

HOW OBAMA'S REFUGEE POLICIES UNDERMINE NATIONAL SECURITY
The administration orders “shields down” in the wake of a succession of deadly terror attacks.

The issue of the admission of Syrian refugees into the United States has understandably ignited a firestorm of protest by Americans concerned about their safety and the safety of their families. These Americans are not exhibiting "xenophobia," the usual claim made by the open borders immigration anarchists. They have simply been paying attention to what James Comey, the Director of the FBI, and Michael Steinbach, the FBI's Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division, have stated when they testified before congressional hearings about the Syrian refugee crisis. They made it clear that these refugees cannot be vetted. There are no reliable databases to check and no capacity to conduct field investigations inside Syria to verify the backgrounds of these aliens.

I focused on these issues in my October 7, 2015 article for FrontPage Magazine, “Syrian 'Refugees' and Immigration Roulette: How the government is recklessly playing with American lives.”

Further reports have provided disturbing information that ISIS operatives have seized blank Syrian passports and other identity documents, along with the printing devices used to prepare passports and other ID, and have sold these documents to reporters in false names. These identity documents are indistinguishable from bona fide documents because they are bona fide documents -- except that the photos and biometrics do not relate to the original person but create credible false aliases for anyone willing to pay for them.

The challenges our officials face in attempting to vet refugees and others was the focus of my September 15, 2015 article for FrontPage Magazine, “The Refugee Crisis Must Not Undermine U.S. National Security: America's enemies cannot be permitted to turn our compassion into a weapon against us.”

These multiple challenges, where failures may well cost American lives and undermine national security, are well known to the administration, yet the administration defiantly continues to press for the admission of thousands of Syrian refugees. Meanwhile, the administration ignores a commonsense solution to the refugee crisis that would be far more cost effective and not undermine U.S. national security or pose a threat to public safety: The simple establishment of safe zones in the Middle East for these refugees. This is a proposal made by a number of our true leaders, including Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama.

In an unsuccessful attempt to assuage the fears of Americans about the vetting process, the administration claimed that the screening process was thorough, noting that the vetting process for Syrian refugees was a lengthy process that took from 18 months to two years. (Of course without reliable databases or the ability to conduct field investigations in Syria, no length of time would be adequate.)

The situation in Syria and the growing threats posed by ISIS was the subject of an April 12, 2016 hearing conducted by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the topic, “The Spread of ISIS and Transnational Terrorism.” While it should be obvious, I want you to bear in mind the term “Transnational Terrorism.” This refers to terrorists traveling across international borders to prepare for terror attacks. The movement of people across international borders is the domain of our immigration system, which has arguably become one of the most dysfunctional of all of our government's systems.

The multitude of failures of the immigration system can be traced to the failures of a succession of administrations from both political parties going back decades -- but no administration has done more to hobble efforts to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws than the current administration. Yet Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders and other politicians refuse to accept the fundamental fact that our nation's borders, including our 328 ports of entry, provide far too easy access to transnational criminals and terrorists who either enter without inspection or manage to enter via the inspections process and disappear into the “woodwork.”

Legalizing illegal aliens whose identities cannot be verified is no less dangerous than providing refugee status to refugees who cannot be vetted.

That was the point to my self-explanatory November 24, 2016 FrontPage Magazine article, “Entry Without Inspection = Entry Without Vetting: The dire threat to our national security and public safety.”

Now the administration, with the support of many politicians (mostly Democrats), is doing the unthinkable: running the already fatally flawed vetting process at warp speed. This is unconscionable and beyond any rational justification.

The administration has made this outrageous decision despite the fact that there is no reliable way to vet these refugees and even in the wake of the recent deadly attacks in San Bernardino, California, France and Belgium. These attacks have justifiably added to the concerns of all Americans about the threats posed to our nation by ISIS, al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.

While we have been told that the vetting of travelers at airports would likely take longer so that the TSA can more carefully screen passengers following of the terror attack in Belgium, the administration simultaneously announced that not only would the plans to admit Syrian refugees proceed, but that because of the “surge” of those refugees, the screening process will be slashed from two years to just three months.

On April 6, 2016 NBC News reported, “First Syrian Family in 'Surge' Resettlement Program Departs for Kansas City.”

Here is an excerpt from the NBC News report:

A resettlement surge center opened in Amman in February to meet President Barack Obama's target of resettling 10,000 Syrians to the United States by Sep. 30. Every day, the center interviews some 600 Syrian refugees. 

The temporary processing center for the surge operation will run until April 28, U.S. Ambassador to Jordan Alice Wells said. She traveled to the airport to greet the al-Abbouds before their departure. 

The regional refugee coordinator at the U.S. embassy in Amman, Gina Kassem, said that while the 10,000 target applies to Syrian refugees living around the world, the majority will be resettled from Jordan. 

"The 10,000 is a floor and not a ceiling, and it is possible to increase the number," she told reporters, according to the AP. 

While the resettlement process usually takes 18 to 24 months, under the surge operation this will be reduced to three months, Kassem said. 

It is worth noting that once again the term of choice by the administration is “surge.” We have witnessed “surges” of what were described as unaccompanied minors along the U.S./Mexican border that overwhelmed the Border Patrol and caused the understaffed immigration courts to overflow with the human tsunami of that surge.

As a consequence, the immigration courts were compelled to put hearings on hold for aliens facing deportation (removal) from the United States. Often these aliens had been convicted of committing serious crimes that predicated that decision to seek their removal from the United States. Because of a lack of detention space and other such factors, most of these aliens were simply released back into the communities where they committed still more crimes -- usually, ironically, victimizing members of the various ethnic immigrant communities around the United States.

Now we have a “refugee surge” that the administration is eagerly exploiting, claiming that the only way to deal with overwhelming numbers of such refugees is to take the two-year process and slice it down to just 90 days. Furthermore, the report noted that the 10,000 refugees heading to the United States is the smallest number of refugees that we can anticipate will be admitted into the United States, while apparently there is no limit as to what the ultimate number of refugees could be. As noted above, Ms. Kassem, the regional refugee coordinator at the U.S. Embassy at Amman Jordan, was quoted as having said, "The 10,000 is a floor and not a ceiling, and it is possible to increase the number."

Perhaps Ms. Kassem should issue another statement: “Damn the terrorists -- full speed ahead!”

As insane and reprehensible as this is on the federal level, we must also consider the issue of “sanctuary cities,” which involves local government. These municipalities provide shielding to aliens who have trespassed on our nation or otherwise violated the immigration laws that were enacted to achieve the fundamental and entirely reasonable goals of protecting national security, the lives of innocent people and the jobs of American workers -- and in a particularly perilous era.

I have written about this madness and also testified before congressional hearings about the lunacy of sanctuary cities. In point of fact, on February 27, 2003 I testified before the House Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims on the topic, “New York City's 'Sanctuary Policy' and the Effect of Such Policies on Public Safety, Law Enforcement, and Immigration.”

For those politicians who cannot understand the anger of the citizenry of the United States, they would do well to look in the mirror to see who our adversaries are.

It is time for these politicians to get the memo: you are either with us or you are against us.
