ISIL is now a very serious threat to the American Homeland and 150 US Muslims that they trained have been allowed to returned to the US.  Radical Islamic Terrorist from abroad, some of whom were trained by Al Q’ieda and ISIL have been walking across the wide open southern border of the United States unimpeded for 6 years.  In addition, 32 Foreign Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes have been allowed to train on US Soil in 17 states, in order to train 3000+ American Homegrown Radical Islamic Terrorists. called “Soldiers of Allah”.  The “Soldiers of Allah” are involved in the most advanced training courses in Islamic Military Warfare—including training in the use of explosives, training on how to murder individuals, to become proficient in firing many different weapons, were being taught the technique of strangling individuals, are being instructed on how to conduct sabotage acts in the United States, instructed on how to kidnap Americans, and are being trained to become proficient in guerilla warfare. Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, a Pakistani cleric who lives in Lahore, Pakistan, is the spiritual leader of the Pakistan based International Radical Islamic Terrorist organization, Jamaat al-Fuqra.  The headquarters of Jamal al-Fuqra is located on an 80 acre encampment in the Catskill Mountains in upper state New York, near Hancock, New York; it is called “The Holy Town of Islamberg”, and is protected by heavily armed Radical Islamic Terrorist guards..  Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani selected rural areas in 17 states to establish the 32 Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes; they were all intentionally located adjacent to small rural communities, with the knowledge that Local Law Enforcement Agencies in those communities wouldn’t have the resources to regularly monitor or investigate the terrorist training program.  Over a period of time the number of terrorist being trained grew to over 3000 Radical Islamic Terrorists at 32 International Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes.  The Obama administration has tied the hands of Local, County, State, and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, by preventing them from monitoring, raiding, or arresting the Terrorists being trained in the International Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes (Terrorist Training Camps), nor has Obama allowed law enforcement to collect & destroy the massive amount of weapons & explosives in Commune armories, and have been prevented from closing down the International Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes.

The shadowy Pakistan-based group, Jamaat al-Fuqra, and its main US front group, Muslims of America, Inc. (MOA), have been given tax-exempt status by Obama’s appointees in the IRS (while Conservative American Patriotic organizations have been routinely and repeatedly been denied the same status during the same period of time).  MOA operates the Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes and controls the paramilitary training  (The FBI stated MOA “is based on specific and articulate facts giving justification to the belief that they are engaged in international terrorism”).   Ali Gilani regularly encourages the 3000+ members residing & training in the 32 Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes to travel to Pakistan, in order to obtain additional military training from Jamal al-Fuqra’s Pakistani Radical Islamic Terrorist Instructors in Lahore.   

A recruitment video was captured in a raid at the Colorado Radical Islamic Paramilitary Commune in 1992 the video displayed Sheikh Ali Gilani boasting, “We will have the most advanced training courses in Islamic military warfare.” In the video, Ali Gilani preached that his trainees were going to become the “Soldiers of Allah”; the video also showed trainees in the first commune engaging in military-type drills, marching with rifles, setting off explosives, firing weapons, assaulting & strangling fictional enemies, being instructed in the use of AKA-47 rifles, rocket launchers, machine guns, and C-4 explosives.   In a heated diatribe, Ali Gilani shouted to his followers that “America is the Enemy of Islam” and stated that he was “establishing Islamic training camps” for the “Soldiers of Allah.”  Ali Gilani provided weapons to his 3000+ devoted followers who are being groomed for “Homegrown Jihad”; his followers are provided with instructions on how to conduct subversive operations in the United States (the 32 Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes have vast stockpiles of weapons and explosives—it is suspected that some of the weapons were illegally obtained and have no registrations—the legal justification for the FBI to raid the terrorist training camps with the support of US Army Special Operations Forces, in order to determine if illegally obtained arms were stored in the armories).  

In the 1990s, the U.S. State Department listed Jamaat al-Fuqra as one of the “International Terrorist Organizations” in a document called “Patterns of Global Terrorism.”  In 2005, the Department of Homeland Security predicted that Jamal Al-Fuqra would carry out future attacks and criminal acts in the US, as they had done in the past.  A 2006 Department Of Justice report stated that Jamal al-Fuqra “established more than 35 suspected communes and had more than 3000 members training in terrorism spread across the United States, all in support of one goal-------the purification of Islam thru violence.”  In 2007, the FBI documented that members of Jamaat al-Fuqra were involved in at least 10 murders, one disappearance, three fire bombings, one attempted fire bombing, two explosive bombings, one attempted explosive bombing, and other various felonies and terrorist activities  in the United States and Canada.  Although those criminal and terrorist activities had taken place and were documented by the FBI, in 2008, Ali Gilani’s network of Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes, were removed by the Clinton’s State Department from the Federal International Terrorist Watch List.  It is suspected that the members of the Muslim Brotherhood appointed to senior positions in the Obama administration along with Hillary Clinton may have been involved in removing Jamal al-Fuqra from the list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations, even though they had been involved in many terrorist and criminal activities in the United States for a number of years.

Many of the terrorist recruits living and training in the Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes are African-Americans who were converted to Islam while doing time for crimes in state and federal penitentiaries.  Terrorist recruits in the Jamal al-Fuqra Radical Islamic Terrorist group have repeatedly had run-ins with the law, and members have been involved in murders, theft, gun law violations, burglaries, kidnappings, fire bombings, explosive sabotage attacks, financial scheming, and other felonies.  Those terrorist acts would have been sufficient reasons for the FBI to close down the 32 International Terrorist Training Camps, yet the International Terrorist Training Camps continue to grow in numbers while being protected by the Obama administration. Jamal al-Fuqra is definitely a foreign based International Radical Islamic Terrorist Organizations, and the FBI documented that Ali Gilani’s followers were tied to 10 murders, that Ali Gilani is training his followers to be able to attack Americans and to commit sabotage acts in the United States, Jamal al-Fuqra fits the three criteria required by the Federal Government  to be designated as an International Radical Islamic Terrorist Organization promoting worldwide Jihad; in 2008, Jamal al-Fuqra should have been be placed back on the State Department’s Bureau of Counterterrorism’s list of Foreign Terrorist Organization.  

Obama traveled to Pakistan with his roommate in 1980 for an extended stay, the American people have no idea who he visited in Pakistan, but we do know that Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani lived in Pakistan at the time and founded the International Terrorist Organization, Jamaat al-Fuqra in 1980.  After Obama was elected and came to power, Sheik Mubarak Ali Gilani organization, Jamal al-Fuqra, was taken off the list of the State Department’s International Terrorist Organizations.  No one in DHS or in the Justice Department will say why the Jamal al-Fuqra International Terrorist Organization was removed from the International Terrorist Watch List or who gave the order.  Jamal al-Fuqra is definitely an International Terrorist Organization training Radical Islamic Terrorists to kidnap Americans, to kill Americans, strangle Americans, to plant explosive devices in the United States, and to execute sabotage missions in the United States.

Obama’s State Department say they only lists International Terrorist Organizations who are designated as threats to the US (Yet the Clinton State Department in cooperation with the Obama administration removed Jamal al-Fuqra as a “foreign terrorist group” even though it is based in Pakistan and was executing terrorist operations in the US).  The Obama administration has preferred to refer to the terrorist bombing like the Boston Marathon bombing, a domestic terrorist incident using a more generic term like “violent extremism attack,” while avoiding, at all cost, to use the term “Islamic” or “terrorist” when also describing the Fort Hood shooting by Maj. Nidal Hason that claimed 13 US Army lives as “work place violence”.  

Because Jamal al-Fuqra and Muslims of America (MOA) were intentionally removed from the State Department’s foreign terrorist list, Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies have had their hands tied by the Obama administration, preventing them from having the ability to monitor them, actively investigate the members, or preventing them from closing down the Jamal al-Fuqra International Terrorist Training Camps on US soil.  At the end of February, Obama removed a second and third International Radical Islamic Terrorist group from the State Department’s Terrorist Watch List, Iran and Hezbollah.   Iran and Hezbollah had been killing members of the US Armed Forces for 36 years, and Iran   is the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism and Hezbollah is their terrorist agent.  On March 24, 2015, the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. of the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism, shouted “Death to America” in a major address to his supporters on nationally television.  Unfortunately, Obama is negotiating an agreement to give Iran the ability to develop nuclear weapons, to effectively allow Iran to rein nuclear “Death to America.”  The Congress should demand that Iran, Hezbollah, and Jamal al-Fuqra be put back on the list of the State Department’s List of. International Terrorists Threats.

The Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was investigating Jamaat al-Fuqra in 2002 and was on his way to interview Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani in Pakistan when he was kidnapped and beheaded.  The Al Q’ieda terrorist who did the beheading was Khalid Sheikh Muhammad who is currently incarcerated in Gitmo (the Al Q’ieda operative was the architect of the 9/11 attacks on the US).  Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani was subsequently taken into custody and investigated by the Pakistani Government for possible involvement in the murder of Daniel Pearl, but nothing came of that investigation.  One year later, Lyman Faris, a member of both Jamal Al-Fuqra and Al Q’ieda was arrested by the FBI in New York; he pleaded guilty in US Federal Court to a plot to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge.  The ties between Al Q’ieda, Hezbollah, and Jamal Al-Fuqra have been established by the FBI, and they have collaborated on terrorist operation; they are Islamic Jihadist and Radical Islamic Terrorist organizations, are linked by the “Islamic religion” and the Islamic philosophy of “Jihad”.  Members of Al Q’ieda & Hezbollah have been convicted of terrorist acts that killed Americans; members of Jamal al-Fuqra have murdered 10 Americans.   Jamal al-Fuqra has worked with Al Q’ieda and Hezbollah, and can be expected to join with them when they execute a future terrorist attack against the US.  

The Director of the FBI recently stated that the FBI is investigating terrorist sleeper cells in all 50 states; Local, County, State, and Federal Law Enforcement organizations can expect Jamal al-Fuqra to cooperate with the terrorist sleeper cells in all 50 states.  Putting Jamal al-Fuqra back on the List of the State Department’s International Terrorist Threats will permit Local, County, State, and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies to properly monitor and investigate their terrorist activities.  Jamal al-Fuqra is a very dangerous threat to the National Security interests of the United States (the 32 Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes are taking their orders from an International Radical Islamic Terrorist Leader, Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, in Lahore, Pakistan  who can activate trained terrorists in his 32 Terrorist Training Camps to strike America’s key infrastructure targets at will.  

The FBI reported that the Islamic Paramilitary Commune in Badger, CA, called Baladullah had one member arrested for transporting illegal weapons between New York and South Carolina.  Another member was charged with murdering a police deputy that caught him breaking and entering a home.  

Washington Beltway sniper, John Muhammad, who killed 10 innocent victims and serious wounded 3 others, has been tied to Jamal al-Fuqra, and there is circumstantial evidence that links Jamal al-Fuqra to the Oklahoma University bomber Joel Hinrichs.

Chief John W. Gaissert, the Police Chief in Commerce, Georgia, which is near the Radical Islamic Paramilitary Commune in Franklin County, is a retired Navy Commander who has spent a career in law enforcement, and has been working directly on military and civilian counter-terrorist issues.  Chief Gaissert said. “The spiritual mentor of the Radical Islamic Paramilitary Commune is Sheikh Ali Gilani and his concept is to make your enemy think they are your friend and then kill them,”  

“What we are witnessing with Jamal al-Fuqra is kind of a brand new form of terrorism,” wrote FBI Special Agent Jody Weis in a Justice Department report.  “These home-grown terrorist can prove to be as dangerous as any known group, if not more.” 

The FBI describes the Paramilitary Commune outside of Houston, Texas, called Mahmoudberg as an enclave located in Brazoria County in a heavily wooded area, estimated to encompass about 25 acres.  The paramilitary training taking place in those Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes, are posing a great and serious danger to the National Security interests and the infrastructure of the United States,.  The Obama administration has allowed the Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes to grow in numbers to 32 over the last 6 years---they are flourishing and have been given IRS tax exempt status by Obama.  

Why has the Obama administration allowed 19 Radical Islamic Paramilitary training camps to exist in the locations listed in the below listed map and been allowed to increase enrollment? Why has the Obama administration allowed 13 new Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes to be newly establish terrorist training facilities in Squaw Valley, CA; Tulare City, CA; Macon, GA;, Mecca Circle, GA; Wayne County, GA; Hagerstown, MD; Binghamton, NY; Waco, TX; Falls church, VA; Roanoke, VA; and a 36 acre Radical Islamic Paramilitary Commune in York County ,SC, called Holy Islamville, to be governed under Sharia Law which is in violation of the US Constitution? 

The 350 million American men women, and children in the United States are in danger from being attacked and killed in a terrorist strike by the sleeper cells of Radical Islamic Terrorist in 50 states, the 3000 Jamal al-Fuqra Radical Islamic Terrorists who were given safe haven in the US by Obama, and the 150 UN Muslims Refugees who were given  fast track to US citizenship by Obama when they arrived in the UN Refugee Program (then they travelled to fight with ISIL and are now returning to the US with no restrictions at all)  All American citizens, regardless of political party affiliation, must demand that their Congressional Representatives hold Congressional Investigative Hearings to determine why Jamal al-Fuqra Radical Islamic Terrorist Organization was removed from the State Department’s List of International Terrorist Organizations ln the State Department’s Publication entitled “Patterns of Global Terrorism.  The Congress should also determine why Obama is allowing 32 Terrorist Training Camps to teach terrorist how to commit sabotage in the United States on US soil, why 32 Terrorist Training Camps were given tax-exempt status by the IRS, why the Jamaat al-Fuqra Radical Islamic 32 Paramilitary Terrorist Training camps have not been raided, why they haven’t had their weapons destroyed, and why the 32 the Terrorist Training Camps have not been closed down?  

For 6 years, an impotent US Congress, has ignored the fact that Jamal al-Fuqra, which is poised to strike at the very heart of Republic with the intent of taking down the government of the United States.   Jamal al-Fuqra will no doubt be joined by other Radical Islamic Terrorists who have been entering the wide open southern border over the last 6 years, in order to join Sleeper Cells in all 50 states,  All the Radical Islamic Terrorists in Sleeper Cells, the 3000 Jamal al-Fuqra Terrorists, and the 150 returning Radical Islamic Terrorists returning form the ISIL battlefield, may mount a massive coordinated terrorist attack against the Republic.  If those terrorists are not taken out in advance, and they do attack the United States in a coordinated strike in many states at once, that might give Obama an excuse to impose Martial Law and imprison Americans who have been opposing his violation of Federal Laws and his violation of the US Constitution.  

Jamal al-Fuqra can easily satisfy the three criteria established by the US State Department required to be classified it as a Foreign Terrorist Threat.  The trainees being indoctrinated by Jamal al-Fuqra at the Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes are very dangerous Radical Islamic Terrorists on US soil, who threaten the National Security Interests of the United States.  They should be tracked down, arrested, charged with sedition, tried, be convicted, have their US Citizen terminated, have their passports destroyed, be sentenced to prison, and be deported from the United States on completion of their sentences.
